Every Adventure Deserves a Safe Journey

"Before every Togo & Tara story reaches your little explorer, it embarks on a journey of its own. We carefully prepare, pack, and dispatch each order with the same love and attention that goes into creating our books. This policy explains how we deliver your adventures and what to do if something doesn't go as planned."
 

Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

During new launches, festive seasons, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If there's any significant delay, we'll keep you informed.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–3 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 2–4 business days

  • Remote Locations: 3–5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
 

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or special delivery offers.
 

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your package until it arrives.

If you experience any issues tracking your shipment, our support team will be happy to assist you.
 

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and email address are accurate before placing your order.

Togo & Tara cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address.
 

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly include:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging (if damaged)

After verification, we'll arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution at no additional cost.

Returns, Replacements, Refunds

As our books are printed products, we currently do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental orders

  • Personal preference

  • Gift purchases that are no longer required

Returns are accepted only if the product:

  • Arrives damaged during transit

  • Is defective due to a manufacturing issue

  • Is different from what you ordered

    Eligible replacement requests will be processed after reviewing the information provided. If approved, we'll dispatch a replacement as quickly as possible, subject to product availability.
     

  • Refunds are provided only when:

  • A replacement is not available.

  • The wrong product cannot be replaced.

  • Your order is cancelled before dispatch.

  • We are unable to fulfil your order.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
     

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting our customer support team.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
